• After Processing: Once your order is being prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Successful Cancellation: If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days (depending on your payment method).

• Already Shipped Orders: If the order has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery or process a return upon receipt (see our Return Policy).

3. Non-Cancelable Items

• Custom or Pre-Order Items cannot be canceled once purchased.

• Digital Products & Gift Cards are non-refundable.
