1. Order Cancellation Requests
Before Processing/Shipment: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@karamafakemarket.com with your order number.
After Processing: Once your order is being prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Successful Cancellation: If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days (depending on your payment method).
Already Shipped Orders: If the order has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery or process a return upon receipt (see our Return Policy).
3. Non-Cancelable Items
Custom or Pre-Order Items cannot be canceled once purchased.
Digital Products & Gift Cards are non-refundable.
